L3 — SEBI SCORES (for matters relating to securities markets)

If MintByte is unable to resolve your grievance at L1 or L2, you may escalate to the SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in). SCORES is SEBI's centralised online grievance-redressal system. Complaints filed there are routed to the entity automatically; SEBI tracks resolution status.

For complaints relating specifically to:

  • Mutual Fund schemes — also escalate to the respective AMC or to AMFI at amfiindia.com
  • Portfolio Management Services — also escalate to APMI at apmiindia.org
  • Stock-broking (where the broker is the AP principal) — also escalate to the broker's compliance officer

L4 — Online Dispute Resolution (Smart ODR)

The SEBI Smart ODR portal at smartodr.in provides an online forum for resolution of unresolved disputes relating to securities-market intermediaries. You may approach Smart ODR after exhausting L1 + L2 if your matter remains unresolved.

Data-protection grievances (DPDP Act, 2023)

For grievances relating specifically to processing of your personal data (Data Subject Access Requests, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent), email [email protected] (subject: DSAR — [type of request]). We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 30 calendar days. Onward escalation lies to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
